Happy Halloween 2013

It wouldn't  be a holiday without cousins!

Every year my sisters and I meet with our children at my Mother-in-Law's house.

 

 

 

This Halloween gave me an extra reason to be thankful for my little family. My classroom was hit hard on Thursday with the loss of one of my students. Being that I teach children who have profound multiple mental and physical disabilities I know that this is always a possibility, however you are never ready for it. It will take a while for us to find a new normal in my classroom.....

 

That evening I watched my babies a little closer and hugged them a little tighter!
